I am 60 years old.. in the course of my life I have worked with many many people. People come and go.. laziness is usually number one. Number two is their attitude is they’re better than the job they’re doing.. third is, they got more going on outside of work than actually working. So now this is what you get.. automation. It is what it is.. go to any want ads. They’re always looking for drivers.. no matter what city you go to they’re looking for a truck driver. Maybe it is a shitty job.. maybe it is a job that doesn’t pay well. But one thing for sure.. They’re gonna replace people.. is it good? Is it bad?. All I know is they’re gonna need people to maintain these things. So you have to prepare to accommodate with the future, bringing new innovation…. It’s that simple..
