As someone who works in IT service desk, I'm not worried yet.
This call did 0 troubleshooting and did the most bare bones information gathering that could easily be scripted.
Also, have you ever asked a client for a clientID or ticket number? Most of the time they won't even have it, or won't know what you are talking about.
Also, half the calls I pick up, you can barely make out what people are saying. Phone microphones are still really shitty apparently. The AI needs an AI to decipher that shit
