The silver lining is the person who uses AI to make their project has no enforceable copywrite of the artwork. So anyone by law could take it and say it was theirs. This is a huge issue for anything ai made that gains any success. Because the visuals are essentially freely owned by the public. Imagine Mario was made with ai it would mean any company can make mario games. There's a reason companies aren't embracing it. (And it's not because they respect real artists)
