The problem is that, while at first what you are talking about can happen, as we progress, for ANY mental task, AI will become a better choice, and for most physical tasks, robotics will become a better choice. Thus, our economy must fundamentally alter or it will be very, very bad for the vast majority of people. This might not happen by 2028, or 2030, or 2032... but it will be coming.
Trump and the Heritage Conspirators, carrying out Project 2025, are planning on this capability to help them establish a dictatorship that gives work to those loyal to them and denies work to anyone not loyal to them. This is similar to what Hitler did, except in this case they will have an "AI driven robotic" slave workforce and thus they will not need any Democrat, any socialist, any leftist, any non-Christian, any LGBTQ, any of the wrong kind of people, etc. This is part of their game plan.
