you can't legislate this stuff out of existence. one site gets shut down, ten more will pop up. The internet is a free and open source of sharing information. As long as the internet exists these AI programs will be shared across the world. Any image publicly posted is a possible source for deepfake content. Streamers can't have it both ways. They need their image to be spread as far and wide as possible have an audience big enough to make a career out of it. That comes with a complete loss of control of who's hard drive their image ends up on. A few python libraries, one jpeg, a video source, and an anonymously hosted server is all it takes to spread deepfake images. Gen Z phonebabbies can't understand this
