I have to say that I’m a writer for work and I have ADHD. I often use AI as a tool when I’m stuck and struggling. I will use it to generate ideas, build my ideas out a bit, or explore new ways to phrase things, not unlike using a thesaurus. It can be a great tool and used meaningfully.
I do feel like there’s a conversation to have about AI tools promoting accessibility but this was not the time or place.
