I'm an elder musician. When computers began being used to produce recorded music, everything changed... a little at first, but now, AI can "make" music, but from my decades of experience, it really misses what I go after when making music. It's repulsive.
AI can do remarkable things, but it will never make art.
A friend who is a writer has had his work taken over by AI. Writing is all he's ever done.... Now he's no experience at anything else at 63.... he was living paycheck to paycheck... now broke... has no skills at anything else... the guy is a learned intellectual... will he flip burgers? He's vegan... I doubt it.
AI doctor? Human doctors working in industrialized medicine are bad enough...
