To give a counter-story to provide better, more representative overview of what the effect of taking health advice from AI chatbots can lead to;
Thanks to AI chatbots (ChatGPT in my case), I learned a lot about central metabolism and nutritional status testing and assessment of nutritional status and suspected causes based on symptoms and history.
This led me to diagnose a longstanding copper deficiency which has made my life debilitating for literally 10 years as an only 27 year old. Correcting it saved my life and nervous system which was literally dying off with small fiber neuropathy pain syndrome as a result (among a plethora of other vague symptoms doctors couldn’t figure out)
AI is a tool. Use it responsibly. You need to be responsible for your own decisions by checking from many different types of sources, and not demonize a single one based on some horror stories (not that I’m saying that chubbyemu does this).
Thanksfor the amazingly entertaining yet very educational, very conscientious video with lots of attention to detail and nuance!
