I would never upload a speedpaint to prove I did not use AI. It's ridiculous. You can usually find out if an image is AI generated by simply downloading it, opening google, and putting it into the image search. Often times the source of the image itself will have some kind of AI tag or label. And even if it doesn't, if every image google pulls is the same mid quality resolution, then yeah- it's AI generated. Sure a minority of artists will only upload low res sample images to protect themselves from plagiarism but most will opt for a watermark over grainy pixels.
