Idk, I tend to think the way you're describing, but I don't believe this feeling is universal. Especially with adult content. A significant amount of people I know just do not care about the source of the image/video, they are just trying to get off, and some of them have become "tech bros" and started making that kind of content with AI instead of doing cool stuff themselves.
IMO, In a generation or two, I think the normie (85% of the population) will genuinely just not care.
