Don't we humans do the same thing? If my friend tells me some secret i might use it in one of my novels if im an author. Thats how intelligence work. From knowledge of your environment and surrounding. Nothing wrong in using AI as therapy. Infact its better than therapy. Because a therapist too can leak your personal secrets to others.
