Wow, just looking at the comment section I can understand why accidents happen involving selfdriving cars. People are stupid and are taking the selfdriving cars for granted even if the companies are clear on that they aren't to be taken for granted (yet) and that they still need a (backup) driver. It's also impossible to tell from that footage if the driver actully would have been able to react in time. It looks likes she's popping out of nowere, but that can be the camera making it look darker than what it actually is. We don't know if the driver would have seen her or not. So, I'm not saying the driver would have done better, but he/she still did wrong by not keeping an eye on the road.
