If you cops want to enforce the rule of unreliable machines then be ready to face the consequences, the government should not be allowed to use facial recognition, it allows them to pass blame unto something we cannot hold accountable.
If YOU choose to follow throguh with the arrest based on the data than YOU should be held accountable if the data is wrong and YOU should be charged with false imprisonment and violating 18 U.S. 241 & 242.
The penalty for violating 241&242 when kidnapping results is quite severe and it should be used aggressively against government agents and polticans l who violate the constitution with their only excuse being "Im just doing my job"
