My family has been in education and science since the 1750s. For the first time in generations, this world of education and science will be completely disrupted. The future will no longer require you to have good prior education, since you can basically learn all scientific knowledge on the job from your personal AI agent (the best lecturer in all fields). I really wonder whether my children would be the first ones in 250 years not to enter university. It is exciting that we are entering this new era, but it also makes me a bit sad that it would end a family tradition.
