22:12 I know I'm a bit late to the party (commenting 6 months afterwards) but when students are expected to quickly learn curriculum, where they're punished for not understanding a topic immediately, that's where the fear comes from; the fear of falling behind. In middle and high school, you only get a few days on a topic, two weeks at most, before likely being tested on it and if you don't understand, are often shamed for it, specifically with bad grades. Getting a 60% on a test for a topic you don't understand isn't seen as "this student doesn't understand this specific topic", it's seen as a student being lazy or not studying enough. Students are more likely to use AI out of fear that their own smarts aren't enough. If anything, this points out the faults within the school system. School isn't focused on learning, it's focused on results
