The premise is already invalid by minute 3; the current iteration of generative AI won't ever replace 100% of juniors. There is no indication that some other solution will be able to do so either. Things may change quickly, but the difference now is mostly in the fickle, greedy, and ignorant minds of board members, not reality itself, at least not yet. Let's see whether the rest of the video makes sense if it's only ~50% of juniors.
