Here is an idea that I hate about robots: if we are able to make robots that have conscious this will prove that we are not that special. Because what really makes us different is the idea that we are self-conscious and our ability to break away from our initial programs. I just can't accept this idea. I know that this shouldn't make us stop progress in artificial intelligence but I know I am kinda scared.
