I am getting ready to buy my first house. And while I'm hearing all of this, I'm also starting to worry about possibly losing my job by getting laid off due to AI replacing me in the near future. Losing job = can't pay mortgage. Can't pay mortgage = losing home. The future sounds so bright with AI.
