I work in a company that pushed LLMs a lot and has plenty of highly skilled data scientists and analysts. We're hiring. A lot.
LLMs don't replace people, you need the domain experts, e.g. sales people, to adopt it and only then their productivity increases, and by that time you'll have scaled at a stable number of employees so there's no need to let anyone go.
