So here are my thoughts: Firstly, I agree that AI art is usually bad however These opinions are incredibly polarized - yes, AI is not profitable however it is incredibly strong. Investors spend a lot of time into research before throwing their money at these companies which are overvalued, maybe, but still high in value regardless? Yes. Many AI art generation platforms can generate decent quality images for no cost (usually with the implementation of systems like X images per day or subscribe for more) which is cheaper in both time and money than pen and paper. Additionally AI images are not very good yet, a claim you make yourself to defend using it as reference. So then why do people use it? You fail to address it. If it is only everything negative you said nobody would use it. The last thing that bothered me was your take on disabilities. I myself have no physical disabilities and would rather not talk about my mental ones, but from a general point of view, just because some disabled people made beautiful and intricate masterpieces doesn’t mean it applies as a general. You cannot defend a generic statement with a super narrow example. If I said that what’s happening to the people in North Korea is horrible and it’s hard for them to escape, you cannot respond by saying “well so and so escaped so obviously you’re very wrong idk what you’re on.” It just doesn’t make any logical sense. I think sending poison art is a great way to fight against AI art and I would rather AI being focused on more important things than drawing realistic scenes from movies but I think it’s important to cover both sides of the argument rather than just saying it’s a dumpster fire and that anybody who disagrees with you is just incredibly wrong for it.
