The only good ai stuff to me is the horror genre or stuff that makes absolutely no sense and are no doubt ai. And on purpose. It's people trying to hide the fact they use it. If you want to do ai stuff, do it, but don't try and convince people you're no. In the end I think human creations will prevail.
