Here is a situation for you to enjoy detangling:
My book of ‘prompts’ is also a book of ‘poetry’. The prompts are simultaneously poems. Using the ‘rules’ of poetry as to what constitutes a legal ‘poem’.
Now, nobody else can use those ‘prompts’ without my written consent or they will be breach of copyright when using the poem in their AI produce.
I am not advocating this behaviour. It is a possibility now that someone will do this. To throw another complication into the mix.
