Another factor that needs to be considered… is if AI can even replace the artist.
Sure, I can get several dozen pictures of relative high quality in seconds, but never have I seen an ai encapsulate some imagery that I truly want… as well as a human does.
At least as of now, ai lacks the ability to understand what we truly want out of a painting/picture.
So, I might use an AI to generate lots of variations, to figure out what may or may not work quickly…
But only a true artist can give me what I actually want.
