Not an AI defender at all, but ludite actually does fit. Being a ludite isn't about being afraid of technology in general, it's referring to people who are specifically afraid that a new technological advancement is going to replace them in some way. So people who are afraid that AI might take jobs from artists could be classified as a ludite.
