AI certainly plays a significant role in tragedies like this young boy’s passing, however I resent that AI will become a scapegoat for the failings of society. The vulnerabilities that lead people down this path are a symptom of inadequate education and healthcare systems. Watch society blame AI and allow those in power to continue to turn their backs on the real issue. AI is a reflection of societal attitudes - whilst society doesn’t care about mental health , neither will AI. Don’t get distracted.
