This is mostly BS and hype. Most AI is a fraud as most Client-Server systems were in the 80s. Most is scripted and manipulated by people behind the curtain playing Wizard.
Much of these conversations are the pattern and style of PR departments, or they are adaptations of Ellison and other SkyNet/Colossus sci fi of the 60s...often reading from the direct text.
