Point is, it's not living. People programed it to think and those programs learn from people and media. That doesn't make it living but learning. So the questions you asked it was learned by humans and not a living thing. Ethics should based on how the AI is using people like guinea pigs in a test of socialism and using it against us. It's like play chess against the AI. Scientists needs to understand that point that it is a danger to people.
