poisonings you art is perfect but be aware that for it to work it needs a lot of art works to be poisoned, but it is a great phycological deterrent to ai tech bros and companies. But i am unaware if their has been new developments to night shade or other programs to make them more effective, night shade attack vector aren't the best but that's mainly because of the way that the ai learns.
