This is just designed to weed out the idiots drivers and incompetent drivers
Why is this bad? The company is getting tired of having to babysit drivers and have a competent driver wind up doing their deliveries. So the good drivers leave because they don’t want to keep babysitting grown men and now they are left with the idiots.
