Oh really? Panicking? This video and the comments section is a pretty good advertisement for AI-generated art and imagery. You can get great results nearly instantly without having to deal with insecure tools that think "artist" is a profession. Lawsuits aren't going to reverse course on AI but feel free to ad that to your list of delusions...if anything, attempts to enforce copyright where none exists will just cause AI media to expand. Anyone whose actually good at doing the things AI can do isn't worried about AI. You're mad because you failed out of the gate and AI is an easy thing to blame.
