I don't think it's a good idea to use AI for most stuff when you have living people willing to do art and music. I'd say if you're using it to do translations and dubs, there might be some acceptable use there to avoid having another company, writers, and actors from putting their own values, censorship, and politics into your work, but the problem is you have to keep in mind how it's trained when you do this.
