no, all of it is a hallucination, it just happens to correspond to reality 90% of the time thanks to insane amounts of real world data that was trained on. the patterns it learns are real, mostly.
whenever we talk about modern AI "hallucinating", I keep being reminded of a quote from the animatrix that's always stuck with me since I first saw it: "to an artificial mind, all reality is virtual."
