This case shows exactly why police should not be able to use AI whatsoever. The police officer sounds like a complete idiot talking about how the fancy computer is the controlling facts. So the officer doesn't even know how facial recognition works or anything but it's just going by oh well it said 100% match. And that in itself is suspect because there's no way it came up with 100% match from photos
