I understand but I'm sorry I'll have tk disagree Mr Robert. Technology can in fact test our patience. It does create a shortcut, but the task will only get harder. It is a tool at the end of the day. Use it correctly, it can also develop character.
Maybe what Mr Robert is trying to say, but not being conveyed, is the human interaction.
Human factor alone gives us a deep impact in building our character. Good or bad experiences.
That's what's missing currently in AI. Even if AI displays emotion we will not take it seriously until it has conscience.
