Something I want to add is that, there are different ways to make art. Beethoven still made music when he was deaf. Jessica Cox was born without arms and she wanted to pilot aeroplanes so she does so with her feet. I may not be physically disabled but I am mentally. I can see my skills degrading but I’m still in university. I struggle with words, partially because I haven’t written in a long while due to depression and partially because my brain fogs been getting increasingly worse, but I’m slowly relearning how to write. AI is not a tool for accessibility. AI bros should not use us to defend AI when their intention isn’t even for accessibility in the first place.
