I'm a digital artist, if I used Ai it would take me less than a minute to get art....and art that isn't good. it takes me about 5 or 6 hours to finish a drawing that I'M happy with. I use brushes to help speed the process along and it still takes me hours. using the whole but digital art is cheating or using a tool is cheating is fucking stupid. you still have to learn how to use a digital program you are just drawing in something that isn't paper. yeah coloring is different but I'm still the one picking the colors, doing the line art,sketches, rendering, making sure it looks ok, looking at references. The Ai doesn't do that it. that's a lot of time and effort going into my art. An Ai 'artist' isn't a real artist they are a person too cowardly to do the human process of making mistakes and learning from said mistakes.
