I really like how you make the eyes of your characters more elaborate than just pupil/iris and get some funky shapes going on.
Regarding the AI stuff, yeah googling a reference makes more sense because even if the Generated Images of AI weren't...eldritch...it feels like you get the same poses over and over and over. I've seen plenty of people posting pictures of them doing different poses with different lightings and it's great for what you need it for. I don't even think I've seen proper lighting in an AI image actually...
