As someone that uses AI for both generations of pictures for fun and to help improve my actual writing that I'm aiming towards getting published, I definitely think AI has its good spots but we do have to be careful not to go too far with it as it's programming is very contradictory, doesn't know right from won't, and has built in bias (I have actually tested for that and at least know that Anthropic's programs like Claude have it heavily built in).
