The only use for AI "art" generation that I have ran into, is if you run an online dnd campaign for friends. And like u want to have avatar icons for NPCs. It's not really realistic to draw or commission real art for one tiny icon that gets used for like a couple hours to 4 people.
But like that's very niche and before AI we would just use image search and find the closest thing to what we needed.
