I think it comes down more to the drivers. in the instance of the crash shown, the car definitely should’ve emergency stopped and at least attempted to turn when seeing the signs and car as you stated. I’ll finish the video but so far everything listed is something that exists-the car does beep at you and make you interact if you are not being attentive and too many of these attempts will disable the feature for the owner. When you subscribe it also specifically states that it is supervised full self driving and not fully autonomous and drivers should be prepared to take over at any time
