People that are mid (just okay) at a craft and companies want to replace because they see a way to save money and cut time. When actually it should be used to make things easier and more productive. For example, Jarvis the AI in Iron Man. Jarvis doesn't replace Iron Man's ability to think and solve problems. It helps Iron Man solve an issue and that's what AI should be used for.
