I've listened to you and the topic is very interesting, but I don't understand why in such a profound interview there isn't room for hope and positivity. I have two children on the autism spectrum with different aspects, one very intelligent and the other very sensitive, I try to get the best for both of them, I don't think I'm totally centered either. Now I ask you, if you can answer, is it possible to dedicate an AI with ethical principles and limits that controls all the other AIs that follow principles of profit and self-referentiality and that signal to us humans with responsibility the possibility of limiting them, pulling the plug, a bit like in sports where if you commit a foul you leave the game for a defined time? All automatically or semi-automatically. If this AI existed, I believe it would collect much more funding in a widespread way than the for-profit ones, a bit like what OPENAI should and could have been. Excuse my naivety.
