Within the first 2:30 I feel like you've underestimated A.I. It's like comparing war before the nuke, it's unprecedented. New jobs? When you have A.I robots that are 10-100x smarter than geniuses...People can be optimistic all they want, we'll call it optimism doom. The only way average humans stay around is by some moral code that the rich actually adhere by. I can see average people living through sheer compliance for a few years to a decade until the human biology is full understood then we're cattle or lucky enough to survive in a far off wilderness for awhile. If you have children under 10...god, that sucks for the kid, but parents cherish the time with them.
