Now with winter coming and daylight being gone early, I frequently see cars with just one headlight. Or just one rear light. Now add rain and impaired sight (for sure the camera can dirty just like a windscreen?) and it is obvious how difficult it is to judge distance and speed of such a vehicle just by vision. Just like that of any motorcycle, that naturally has just one headlight and one rear light. That's why I am adding aux front lights to my bike to give it a wider illuminated silhouette.
How one can rely now on only camera vision for autonomous driving and avoiding hitting a motorcycle is beyond my understanding.
