The intelligence overhang is real. The "Full Power" of the LLM is always available, even when summarizing emails into bullet points, but if the problem isn't hard, then the solution isn't either.
Ask any domain expert: if you want the best possible answer to a question, you kinda need to know 50% of the answer already. There is no way to ask a high quality question without having the bulk of the answer already. That's the function of jargon.
