Yeah, the Waymos still have trouble with either red blinking lights or lights that are out. Even though they said they fixed this twice now, it's still happening.
It happened in Atlanta last; prior to that, I believe it was San Francisco when they had that massive power outage and all the Waymos stopped. which is really puzzling to me, because the Tesla robotaxis handle the darkness and the blinking red lights just fine. They are generally a much less developed technology than what Waymo is using, so it's really puzzling that they have those seemingly simple issues.
