I think we can't achieve AGI with 1s and 0s, new invention of computing language might be needed where bio entity grown in a lab can be combined with tech and both can understand how to communicate and give instructions, basically a grown brain and put a microchip in it to control it's thoughts, which produced a new moral dilemma. plus taking away the part that controls the nervous system will affect it's decision making when it comes to logical solutions. and it's nothing like neural link which only interprets brain signals. as of now A.I. is just a word made up to trick people into buying it, A.I. as of now is just a data collecting tool that automatically arranges data base on your instruction and questions.
