The American Mark 60 CAPTOR was a cold war era naval "mine" that was a single-use torpedo launcher that would automatically launch its torpedo if it heard the right sound signature. Seems pretty clear cut as a LAWS unless you demand that the LAWS must be mobile instead of a turret.
