Kinda wild that there are multiple Star Trek TNG episodes that tackle the violation of people making deepfake AI wank holograms of their colleagues in the holodeck, and now that is a real world issue. None of said episodes aged well either; Geordi La Forge spends an entire episode trying to use the information gained from the 22nd century equivalent of cyberstalking a stranger to manipulate her into sleeping with him when he meets the real woman, then when she is understandably outraged and feels violated by the thought of someone using her image in what is essentially porn he turns it around and convinces her she is being the unreasonable one because he has been nothing but ‘nice’ to her since they met.
