I vote that you are the official spokesperson to bring up these issues. You explain this clearly and with stoicism. The movement needs something better than the current🚫 symbol. That seems too polarizing, (we have too much of that already). Maybe there's a blueprint to a solution in how the mp3 changed music industry , Napster etc.? Or some tech savvy way to apply the streaming model to the visual world.
I think AI is fascinating, but for different reasons, the grotesque, abstract glitches are my favorite thing to study. It's like looking at ourselves thru an ever emerging alien. I think soon they will fix the glitches and I'll always remember these times as the early raw and Fledgeling days of AI. From cave drawings to selfies, AI can only see because we gave it eyes.
